Perspective, backed by practical tools

Practical tools for the money you earn, spend, lend, collect and set aside.

A companion for better decisions

Ask Lattice about a money decision. It uses your recorded finances and recent conversation to explain trade-offs and suggest a practical next step.

A small library of lasting ideas

Explore original exercises inspired by Poor Charlie’s Almanack and The Millionaire Next Door. Connect each principle to your own spending and goals.

A moment of perspective, every day

Open your dashboard for prepared guidance tied to your current cash, loan repayments and savings plans. Reading these cards uses no AI request.

Personal finances in one view

Track income and expenses, set monthly budgets, and compare your account balances. Keep everyday spending connected to the bigger picture.

Invoices that connect to income

Create invoices with reusable company and customer details. Record partial or full payments, or link existing income without counting it twice.

Loans organised around people

See what you owe and what you are owed for each person or company. Follow instalments, due dates, repayments and collections together.

Cash-flow planning for what’s next

Explore a 30-, 60- or 90-day calendar. Include schedules, loans, invoices and goal contributions, then see how a purchase or delayed income changes your projection.

Contacts you can use again

Save people and companies once. Reuse their details for transactions, scheduled payments, loans and invoices, with their history in one place.

Savings goals with context

Track confirmed contributions towards your goals. Include suggested savings in your cash-flow plan to see how they fit alongside other commitments.

A few useful answers

What is Lattice?

Lattice is Numeloa’s independent AI money companion, named for a latticework of mental models. It draws on your recorded summaries and recent chat, explains uncertainty, and suggests next steps. It cannot move money or change your records. When AI is unavailable, clearly labelled prepared guidance is shown.

How often can I ask for advice?

The standard Lattice allowance is 12 questions per day. Insights has its own allowance: one automatic analysis and one manual regeneration each day. Opening the dashboard or reading principles does not generate an AI request.

Who is Numeloa for?

Numeloa brings personal finances and independent work together. It is useful for people managing everyday spending, freelancers creating invoices, and anyone tracking loans or saving towards goals.

Which currencies can I use?

Numeloa supports Tunisian dinar (TND), euro (EUR) and US dollar (USD). Keep transactions in their original currency and view totals in your chosen base currency.

Does Numeloa connect to my bank?

You record transactions and balances in the app. Automatic bank synchronisation is not currently included. Balance reconciliation helps you compare your records with an account statement.

Can I forecast my balance?

Yes. Cash-flow planning projects your balance using recorded information and assumptions you choose. You can include expected collections and suggested goal savings, and explore a planned purchase. Projections are estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.

Can I use Numeloa on my phone?

The web app works on desktop and mobile browsers. You can manage your finances from your phone using the same account.
